Sunday Sunday Happy Day

Yesterday was a really nice day. I read, took a nap with Fergie and painted. Nice and relaxing and how Sunday's should be.

Here are my first attempts at watercolor in a long time. Don't laugh, just appriciate my effort. haha. Here is a hummingbird...sorta. I envisioned an awesome oak tree in my head, and ended up with this.

I also envisioned an awesome silhouette of an oak tree... again, didn't go as planned.

At least I'm trying right. I have a lot of fun painting and maybe i'll get good, maybe not.

That's not the point of art I have learned.
